Doug is in charge of managing and coordinating the customer service efforts of the Docutrend Imaging Solutions Tri-State customer base. He is responsible for providing field service, parts management, technical training and ensuring that customers are experiencing the maximum level of customer satisfaction and reliability expected from all product lines. He also monitors equipment escalations and productivity performances, provides effective and timely reporting to assist the sales department in maximizing their sales efforts and coaches and mentors service staff development.
