Canon Forest Program – Partnership with The Arbor Day Foundation

Innovative solutions that can help meet your Environmental/Sustainability initiatives.

To mark Earth Day 2013, Canon USA announced their continued partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation to help replant trees in our national forests – demonstrating the commitment that Canon shares with our customers to help protect the environment.
Through this program, Canon will donate one tree for every image RUNNER ADVANCE multifunction system sold from April 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013. The goal is to donate up to 50,000 trees to the Arbor Day Foundation this year to aid reforestation initiatives across the United States and rebuild damaged forest areas.
The Canon Forest Program was created in 2009 to aid reforestation initiatives across the United States and rebuild forest areas that are in desperate need of regrowth. To date, more than 200,000 trees have been planted in locations such as Florida’s John Bethea State Forest and Blackwater State Forest, South Carolina’s Manchester State Forest, and Wisconsin’s Bayfield County Forest.
