This past week has proven to be a very difficult and trying time for so many of you and your families. I wanted to take this opportunity to express our sincerest sympathy to anyone that has been affected by Hurricane Sandy and to those who continue to be affected. Thankfully, all of our team members and their families are safe and sound, and with the exception of a few, all have had their power restored and are in the process of getting back to their regular daily routines.
Our top priority at Docutrend is helping you get your business back online. We will do our best to accommodate you in any way that we or our sister-company Net at Work (www.netatwork.com), an IT Services company can assist.
We have also opened our Totowa, New Jersey office as a Temporary Workspace for those directly affected by the storm. Please email or call me directly and we will accommodate as best possible on a first come basis.
Our field service staff is responding to all requests for service and the Docutrend offices have been open and functional with electricity and internet access. We continue to experience disruption to some of our phone lines.

We have no outbound phone service from our New Jersey location. Please leave a message on voicemail and we will call you back.
Other challenges we are having revolve around limited gas supplies. Shipments of supplies and parts have resumed and equipment deliveries are being slightly delayed due to the gas shortages and some of the distribution centers not having power.
I will provide another update in the near future.
Thank you and wishing everyone the very best!
