Luciano Gustini
Luciano has been with Docutrend for 7 years and is now the Logistics Supervisor, responsible for the movement, distribution, and storage of Docutrend supplies and equipment. He works closely with other departments to incorporate Logistics in all Docutrend operations. During the 7 years, he has held many positions, including Dispatcher, the company's first Driver, where he implemented processes still being used today and he was also the Purchaser for several years.
What Luciano likes most about his job is the chaotic nature of the job, the tight deadlines, and being able to deliver results for the company. He enjoys the people he works with and feels Aaron and the Leadership Team have set up a great working environment for everyone.
Get to Know Luciano
Something people don't know about Luciano was an All-County Baseball player and an All-Conference Football player in High School.
If he wasn't working at Docutrend he would be in law enforcement and when not at the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as going to concerts and discovering new music. He likes to get away when can to a warm beach.
During his career, the main lesson he's learned, so far is "Team building is important in Logistics as we can go unacclaimed yet our work always affects the bottom line month in and month out. Everyone has a role to play. No job is too big or too small and should be handled in the same pragmatic manner."
Another fun fact is that his brother, Francesco works together with him.
